After establishing what you want, we can start advising and building a personalized treatment plan for you. We will always be totally honesty with you regarding treatments that may not be suitable or unsafe for you. We have built a company on trust and quality we do not want a quick sell for money. Your wellbeing is paramount to us.

After a personalized treatment plan has been agreed between us both we will take into consideration your wishes of clinic and location. Some clinics may not have all the facilities of bigger clinics so may be a more cost-effective option. Alternatively other clinics are world class and may be more expensive, the choice is always yours. They do all however meet the highest standards of quality and competence. It may be that you decide to bring family or friends with you so a place for them to relax and enjoy themselves might be a factor. Turkey offers a multitude of locations.

When and only when you are totally happy will you pay a deposit, and we will book your treatment.

a total package

We can book everything for you as a total package or you may wish to book some items like flights or hotels yourself. Depending on the total treatment price accommodation is often included in the package price. Whichever way you choose there will be a VIP transport waiting at the airport to whisk you to your accommodation.

When the day of the treatment arrives VIP transport will collect you and take you to your clinic or hospital. You will be greeted at the clinic by one of our representatives or a trusted member of the clinic staff to explain the whole procedure before anything happens. Rest assured it will be in your native language. At the clinic you will pay the balance of the treatment costs. Rest assured we will be available should there be any clarification required.

VIP Treatment

When the treatment is finished the transport will be waiting for you to return you to the accommodation. If further treatment is required, then this process will be repeated each day until completion.

Should those that accompany you wish to see the sites or indulge in a little shopping we are very happy to give them any support or guidance they need.
When everything is complete with the treatment, and it is time to return home we will make sure that you have all required prescriptions fulfilled to cover any recuperation period and more importantly that you are totally satisfied with your experience before your transport takes you back for the return flight home.

Our service doesn’t end there

Our service doesn’t end there, should any questions arise once home, or you encounter any post treatment issues there is always help and support available to you. Your Doctor is available by phone or web chat and we too are there to see that you are totally satisfied and reassured with your treatment.
