We take the time to listen to your wishes, desires and concerns without judgement. We never hard sell. If a treatment is not right for you or would not be safe, we will tell you honestly. Our business is built on trust, not quick sales.
Your personalised treatment plan
Once we understand what you want, we put a plan together. You have a say in the clinic and location. Some clinics are more cost effective, others are world class and more comprehensive. All meet the highest standards. The choice is yours.
You confirm when you are ready
When and only when you are completely happy, you pay a deposit and we book your treatment. There is no pressure and no deadline. Everything moves at your pace.
We arrange everything
We can book the full package including flights, accommodation and transfers, or you can book some elements yourself. Either way, VIP transport will be waiting at the airport to take you to your accommodation.
VIP care throughout your stay
On treatment day, VIP transport collects you and takes you to the clinic. You are greeted by a representative who explains everything in English before anything begins. If you have brought family or friends, we are happy to help them enjoy Turkey while you are being treated.
Departure only when you are satisfied
Before you leave, we make sure all prescriptions are arranged for your recovery period and that you are completely satisfied with your experience. VIP transport then takes you back for your return flight home.
Support continues at home
Our service does not end when you land. If any questions or post-treatment issues arise once you are home, your doctor is available by phone or video call and we are here to make sure you are fully satisfied and reassured.
Discretion and compassion, always
Whatever you are considering and whatever your concerns, we listen without judgement. Many of our patients are doing something significant for themselves for the first time. We understand that and we treat every enquiry with the care it deserves.
Honesty over a quick sale
If a treatment is not right for you, or would not be safe, we will tell you. We have built Medstar on trust and repeat recommendations. We are not interested in a sale that is not in your best interest.
We do not stop at the airport
Most providers consider their job done once you fly home. We do not. Your doctor remains available by phone and video call, and your Medstar coordinator is here for any questions or concerns during your recovery.
